This funding, subject to shareholder approval of the Takeover Panel Waiver at the General Meeting on 24th February, marks a pivotal step in advancing our projects.

With this funding in place, FCM is actively pushing ahead with its Winter work program, ensuring momentum across key assets. These efforts lay the groundwork for an ambitious 2025 roadmap, with exploration and development plans already taking shape.
