CEO Marc Sale is out in the field with Brenden from EGS, heading into the Roy property for a closer look at the geology.

The side-by-side can only take them so far. From there, it’s a 10-minute trek through some fairly tough terrain to reach the moored boat - with Marc taking on the easy job of carrying the life jackets, while Brenden gets to manhandle the outboard! 😄

Once the boat is launched, it’s across the lake towards the outcrop. And what a day for it - crisp autumn air, spectacular colours and perfect conditions for exploring.

The journey is worth it. At the outcrop, the team finds some very interesting material to collect for assay, providing another useful piece of the geological picture and a positive lift for the exploration programme ahead.

This is exploration in its most hands-on form - getting into the field, seeing the geology first-hand and building the understanding that shapes what comes next.
