Record Shareholder Engagement at FCM's 2026 AGM

A big thank you to all shareholders who participated in First Class Metals' 2026 Annual General Meeting.

We were delighted to see a record level of shareholder participation, with votes representing almost 30% of all registered shares - a strong endorsement of the Company's strategy, progress and future potential.

The AGM provided an opportunity to update shareholders on developments across the portfolio, with encouraging engagement and support demonstrated throughout the meeting.

We are pleased to confirm that all resolutions were passed.
