Sunbeam Property Expansion – Strengthening District-Scale Gold Potential

First Class Metals PLC (LSE: FCM), the UK-listed exploration company focused on gold and critical metals in Ontario, Canada, is pleased to announce the strategic expansion of the Sunbeam Property. Through an option agreement over two additional contiguous claim blocks, the project now covers more than 90km².

Situated between Agnico Eagle’s Hammond Reef deposit (3.3 million ounces of open pit probable reserves) and the company’s broader regional holdings, the Sunbeam Property is positioned at the heart of a highly prospective and infrastructure-rich gold district. This expansion consolidates a critical gap between Agnico Eagle’s assets and enhances the potential for new discoveries along multiple mineralised structures.

Key highlights of the expansion:

• Prime Location – Sunbeam is strategically located between two of Agnico Eagle’s major landholdings, directly neighbouring their Melema property.

• Exploration Upside – The enlarged property now hosts over 90km² of highly prospective ground, including historic gold workings and multiple mineralised lineaments.

• Survey Results Pending – Recent very low frequency (VLF) and magnetic surveys have been completed across the property, with data interpretation underway to guide drill planning.

• Cost-Effective Growth – The option agreement was secured on favourable terms, combining modest cash and equity payments with future upside through exploration success.

The Sunbeam Property already contains three historic development sites – Sunbeam, Roy and Pettigrew – alongside other high-grade gold showings. With further soil sampling and geophysical surveys in progress, First Class Metals is advancing Sunbeam as a district-scale gold project in one of Canada’s most proven and productive mining jurisdictions.
